Gary Izunwa is passionate about providing opportunities for those from lower socio-economic backgrounds. He is the Founder and Host of the new social mobility podcast ‘Climbing The Rungs’ which aims to inspire those from less privileged backgrounds to achieve career success and raise awareness of issues linked to socio-economic background. For his efforts promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, he was recognised as an Ethnic Minority Future Leader by the Financial Times.
